H+S Aviation to support PW901 APUs onboard Asiana Airlines fleet

H+S Aviation to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Asiana Airlines’ PW901 APUs during five-year agreement


Portsmouth, UK – H+S Aviation, a BBA Aviation Global Engine Services company, announces an agreement with Asiana Airlines, a Star Alliance member, to provide MRO support to the PW901 auxiliary power units (APUs) fitted on Asiana Airlines’ Boeing 747-400 fleet for the next five years.

H+S Aviation received the first PW901 APU in February at its dedicated APU maintenance facility in Portsmouth, UK, where the company provides repair, overhaul and exchange support for Asiana Airlines.

H+S Aviation is a Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. Designated Overhaul Facility for the PW901 APU. The company provides major repair, AOG parts support and OEM warranty repairs for Boeing 747-400 and Boeing 747-8 fleets.
